If yours is not here, ask in our [Discord](https://discord.gg/wSseuK26pH). ## The basics ### What is Zidee? Zidee is a self-custodial wallet on Solana. You hold ZDLT, SOL and USDC, see them as one net position, send and receive them, and swap SOL or USDC into ZDLT. It is the first app built on the Zirodelta Financial Engine. ### Where do I use it? On your phone, at [wallet.zirodelta.com](https://wallet.zirodelta.com), in Chrome or Safari. You can add it to your home screen. See [Create your wallet](/getting-started/create-your-wallet.md). ### Can I use Zidee on a computer? No. Zidee only works on a phone. Desktop browsers are blocked. ### Why does Zidee say my browser cannot create a wallet? You opened it inside another app, such as Instagram, X or Telegram. Those in-app browsers block the secure storage Zidee needs. Copy the link and open it in Chrome or Safari. ### Which tokens and networks does Zidee support? Only the Solana network, and three tokens: SOL, USDC and ZDLT. See [Add funds](/getting-started/add-funds.md) for the mint addresses. ## Keys and safety ### Who holds my keys? Zidee is built on Privy embedded wallets. Privy holds the key material in its secure infrastructure, and you unlock it by signing in. You can export your private key at any time from **Settings** > **Export key**. See [Your keys and self-custody](/security-and-keys/your-keys-and-self-custody.md). ### Can Zirodelta move my funds? No. Zirodelta cannot sign transactions from your wallet. Every send and swap needs your approval in Privy's window. ### I lost my phone. Are my funds gone? No. Sign in on a new phone with the same Discord account or email, and your wallet is there. ### I lost access to my Discord account or email. What now? You need your exported private key to reach your funds. This is why you should [export and store your key](/getting-started/export-and-store-your-key.md) now. ### Will Zidee ever ask for my seed phrase or private key? Never. We also never message you first. Anyone who does is a scammer. See [Scams and impersonation](/security-and-keys/scams-and-impersonation.md). ## Money in and out ### How do I add funds? Send SOL, USDC or ZDLT on Solana to your Zidee address, from another wallet or from an exchange that supports Solana. Buying with a card inside Zidee is not available yet. ### I sent funds on the wrong network. Can you get them back? No. Funds sent to your Zidee address on any network other than Solana are lost, and we cannot recover them. Always choose Solana when you send. ### Why do I need SOL? Every transaction on Solana pays a small network fee in SOL, even when you send or swap USDC or ZDLT. Keep a little SOL in your wallet. If you do not have enough, Zidee tells you before you approve. ### How much does a swap cost? Each swap carries a **2.5% Zidee platform fee** (250 basis points), plus the Solana network fee. The app does not show the platform fee as a separate line yet. The minimum swap is US$3. See [Swap into ZDLT](/using-zidee/swap-into-zdlt.md). ### Can I sell ZDLT in Zidee? No. Swaps in Zidee only go into ZDLT. To move ZDLT out, send it to another Solana wallet or to an exchange that supports ZDLT on Solana. ### Can I cash out to my bank? Not from Zidee. There is no bank cash-out in the app. You can send your funds to another Solana wallet or to an exchange that supports Solana. ### What happened to Withdraw? The old Hyperliquid withdraw to Arbitrum was removed on 28 September 2026, along with deposits from other chains. If you still have a balance from an earlier version, see [Old Hyperliquid balances](/good-to-know/old-hyperliquid-balances.md). ## Rewards and features ### Do I earn anything for holding ZDLT? Not today. Holder rewards are paused, staking is not available yet, and your Orion tier only decides your Discord roles. We do not promise any return. ### What do Orion tiers do? Today they only decide your roles on our Discord server. They do not change rewards, fees or features. See [Orion tiers](/using-zidee/orion-tiers.md). ### When will Earn, Borrow, Spend, the Zidee Card or Buy be available? They are not available yet, and we have no dates to share. See [Not available yet](/good-to-know/not-available-yet.md). ### What are ZDLT and wzdUSD? ZDLT is the Zirodelta token on Solana. wzdUSD is part of the Zirodelta Financial Engine and is not available in Zidee yet. Both are explained in the Zirodelta docs at [docs.zirodelta.com](https://docs.zirodelta.com). ## Notifications ### Why am I not getting notifications on my iPhone? On iPhone, push notifications only work after you add Zidee to your Home Screen and open it from there.
