# Notifications

Zidee can send a push notification to your phone when SOL, USDC or ZDLT arrives in your wallet on Solana.

There are no notifications for sends or swaps. Those show up in your **Activity** list.

## Turn notifications on

1. Tap your name at the top of the app, then **Settings** > **Notifications**.
2. Switch on **Push notifications** and allow notifications when your phone asks.
3. Optional: tap **Send test notification** to check that it works.

The **Deposit confirmed** switch on the same screen controls the alerts for funds you receive. Leave it on to get them.

## On iPhone

On iPhone, push notifications only work when Zidee is added to your Home Screen and opened from there. In Safari, tap **Share** > **Add to Home Screen**, open Zidee from the new icon, then turn notifications on.

## Not getting notifications?

* If the screen says **Blocked**, notifications are turned off for Zidee in your browser or phone settings. Allow them there, then come back.
* Notifications arrive shortly after the transfer lands on Solana, not instantly.
* A transfer we only notice long after it happened still shows in **Activity**, without a push.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.zidee.xyz/using-zidee/notifications.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
